No matter what your income level or the value of your home, you are eligible to apply
If you’re a Flint resident who wants to make repairs or improvements to your home, the Flint Home Improvement Fund is for you. Through low- or no-interest loans, you can make changes that help save energy and money, provide greater security, and increase the value and beauty of your home and neighborhood.
Genesee County Habitat for Humanity is not currently accepting new applications as staff members continue to process more than 200 applications already submitted. Flint residents with a household income of more than 80% AMI may not qualify for no-interest loans through the Flint HIF, but they can still apply for a low-interest unsecured loan through Huntington Bank. For questions or additional information, please contact us at (810) 766-9089 ext. 214 or info@Flint-HIF.org. Contact information for Huntington representatives can be found on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
